What can I say, but these chairs are great. We bought a table and two chairs a year or more ago and they have held up very well. My wife sits at the table with the kids all the time to do handicrafts. We were fortunate enough to expand our family through adoption this year (just mention it as he came to us when he was 1 year old) and needed an extra chair or two. We bought these and during assembly one of the inserts on the chair leg was drilled too deep for the screw to catch the spring washer. The instructions say to ship back with KidKraft, not whoever you buy them with. My wife called them and a brand new chair was delivered a few days later. . . no fuss, no fuss. We were waiting for a new chair leg. . not a different mark altogether. Overall, they look good, are sturdy, and make dealing with customers a breeze. ********* Please note that although the photo says nature (two honey options, no nature), you will receive honey chair as stated in the description. We called Revain and they didn't know how to fix the problem so we had to return them and pay more by ordering them directly through Kidkraft. However, this is a review of chairs, not a review of the ordering process. . . and even then it was just a little extra time. Revain tried to help and we were not responsible for this issue.
