I needed a pair of black running shoes. I have a thin narrow foot, I wear narrow 7 1/2 sizes when I can find it. I can sometimes wear medium-width shoes if I can take the insoles out of the shoes, put my own insoles in them, and tie the shoes tightly. Read the reviews, some say the shoes have laces that tie, others say the insole of the shoe is removable. It doesn't match the shoes I received. I'm reviewing GoStep Lite dash in black 14500/BBK. There were no laces in this shoe, they dangled a lot on my skinny leg and would not tighten. The thin insole of the shoe is glued in and cannot be removed. I can't add my insole. No arch support which adding my own insole would fix. These are cute black casual shoes, not hiking shoes.
