Unattractive product, unprofitable purchase.

Conclusion: While it is possible and enjoyable to listen to music on them, using them as a working headset is very inconvenient. There are constantly issues (but there is no sound, the microphone is not connected), and you must constantly adjust or connect them. Poor noise cancellation in the space poorly muffles and presses firmly against the head. On a busy street, it's normal, but only if you stay still. Moving greatly amplifies the sound of the wind.

Pros
  • They're at ease as they sit. Superb sound. lengthy working hours.
Cons
  • Already six months with the Sony WHC710n. I'll begin with the drawbacks. Huge cons. When connected to a laptop running Windows 10, they frequently reconnect with the sound "disconnected-connected" when there is no activity. Also, because a headset and the headphones themselves are connected separately, several programs become confused and malfunction as a result (either they do not see the microphone, then there is no sound). Viber does not function, but Telegram does (except that you need to set it up with your hands every time you connect). The microphone on the Android 10 phone does not function while placing calls when it is connected. I also have a CH510N, which doesn't have any issues and has flawless connectivity. But, the plastic itself shattered in the cold. When used outdoors, noise canceling just enhances wind noise and pounds hard on the head with some kind of high-frequency sound (although the sound of cars is muffled). Also, you are unable to set them up because the noise cancellation activates automatically when the headphones are turned on, which is annoying.
