Haven't used this bag in real life yet, but here are my preliminary thoughts. I bought it for my 15" Acer Chromebook. The size is perfect The zippers seem sturdy enough for the purpose and the extra pockets are a handy size for carrying papers, small items etc, which is why I'm only giving 4 stars for the pad size is good but the bottom padding is a bit missing The only downside I see is the lack of padding on the bottom and sides/sides I had a piece of foam that I put on the bottom and now I think that the Chromebook would be a little better protected Overall I think the case is very good and a little more padding would have given it an extra star.
