I use this cartridge for my Neopost machine at work. Ordering through Revain is much cheaper than buying directly through Neopost. It's a great cartridge when it works, but this is the second time in the last year that I've received a defective cartridge. I notice this when I take it out of the box and my punch says "no cartridge". Obviously this should not be done. The first time they sent a replacement but now I have to do it for the second time. I hope if PostageInk calls back they can send a replacement. The site says "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," so at least they support that. Just take a look.
