USED, DAMAGED AND DIRTY!
This NEW product is on sale and obviously used. The dispenser was DIRTY and the base it stood on was DAMAGED. The packaging inside the box was also damaged, further evidence that the item had previously been opened and removed from the box. I don't have time to send it back or I would. Completely dissatisfied with my purchase!
