These toys are of very poor quality. Plastic is very cheap and won't stand up to rough play. The only positive is that there are so many pieces that breaking a few won't spoil the possibility of an epic fight. It's cool that the little army boys have different colors so the "teams" can be clearly identified. There are a lot of neat little things that a kid can equip a fairly large military base with (observation posts, fences, tents, sandbags, boxes, barrels). However, it can be frustrating when things keep breaking. You definitely get what you pay for. A higher quality set easily costs twice as much due to the number of pieces. Another oddity is that the pieces are not all to the same scale. Military jeeps are twice the size of tanks and helicopters. Conclusion: Well suited for delicate children who do not need precision.
