Review on 🌈 Bingoshine Layered Ballet Rainbow Colorful Girls' Clothing and Skirts: Vibrant Fashion for Your Little Dancer by Fernando Beck

The colors of this tutu are so bright and it fits well BUT it cannot be worn. The colored sections are not attached, so there are large gaps at the bottom. I've never seen anything like this. (See photo) I didn't have time to return it so I did my best to glue everything together. Unless you're going to glue (or sew) it on, you'll need a pair of shorts underneath for protection. It's not that full so I had to put another pack underneath to inflate it.
