My boyfriend bought me a Yeti themed pair while I was in the hospital. (I wish they had a yeti top with short sleeves and the same color as the bottom.) The patterns are cute and I prefer men because they don't have calf stripes. Since these are pajamas, expect them to be more baggy than streetwear. I'm a slightly slim 5ft 5in woman and my small house had plenty of room without looking like a buffoon. Small should fit most women between 120 and 140 pounds. For men, my boyfriend is 6ft 1in, 32in waist and average size fits me.
