Recently purchased. Very easy to set up after removing all blue shipping tapes. Make sure you get every bite. The supplied ink cartridges not only served to run, but were full of ink. We bought an extra set with the order as some people claimed the cartridges were very low on ink after running. One item that you must order is a surge protector. I chose the APC with the highest Joule rating to protect the printer from power surges and lightning strikes. We had no paper jams of any size. Just make sure the paper is designed for inkjet printers. Another great feature is 600 x 600 DPI printing. The lines are very clear. I just recommended this printer to my neighbor for its wireless printing straight from the iPad.
