They're not exactly strong but they do the job if you use them for lighter meals like salads, sandwiches, baked cakes or fried fries etc. I wouldn't make meatloaf in these pans if I plan to freeze it or ship it very far, as the metal is weak enough to break or crack. However, I made lasagna in it. But I had to use a baking sheet to support them in the oven and use a plate to support the baking sheet after it was out of the oven. These pans would be nearly impossible to clean without bending/cracking/leaking a hole.
