I like that it works well as an add-in with Office 365 (as opposed to having users install from their own computers).
It's also easy enough when training new people or even myself in how some things work - there is very little documentation out yet but this has been addressed quickly by posting questions online at StackOverflow where many knowledgeable individuals answer them promptly! The price point can be offputting if you are looking into using something free/open source; however they do provide trial versions which allow us test drive before purchasing so we were able make sure our needs would fit within budget constraints. We use SSG primarily because its ease of setup allowing others without technical skills access right away vs requiring someone else set up software first then have me come along later after learning what all was going wrong during initial testing phase etc.
