UPDATE: I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service from the Kassage eyelash curler seller. Each of us has different types of eyelashes and the structure of the eyes and face. So what works for one may not work for the other. The seller saw my initial review and I immediately received an email from a lovely lady who apologized and a full refund which I received the next day. I didn't even ask for a refund. I never expected this as a lot of places only care about money these days. ORIGINAL REVIEW: As a teenager, I bought my first eyelash curler in the 80s. It was a cheap silver one with faded gray replaceable soft latex pads. It worked great and fit my eyes. After years of happy daily use, the company replaced the replacement pads with black silicone. They didn't work for me. My eyelashes didn't curl. Now I've tried many other brands and they also use silicone pads and the way the curlers are made doesn't suit my eyes. I decided to try these. They have pink silicone pads that don't fit me, the curlers pinch my skin and because I have black lashes and the curlers are black it's hard to see if my lashes are all in the curler. I really had high hopes. The thing is beautiful, of good quality, in a very nice packaging with extra pads. It just didn't work for me.
