Not bad, but look for other options if you want something more permanent.
Inexpensive, but too easy to feel safe. This suits my needs: I'm SO TIRED from eating in the car. This table offers some comfort and ease when placing food during "lunch". However, alignment on the steering wheel can be a bit tricky. In addition, the table can spring back a little depending on the rubber or steering wheel padding. Although it has a molded drinking area, I don't recommend putting liquids on the table in one fell swoop and you can carry it.
