Review on Rubies Chicken Pet Costume Small by Gail Rogers

We ordered a small model after reading the size chart. We measured and weighed our bitch to check her out. Nice material and very funny. However, it was too small for our dog. We could have fastened it under the stomach, but when we put the hood on, the Velcro came loose. For reference, we have a 10 pound Havana dog. Please review the return policy before purchasing. I'm used to taking Revain returns to Kohls. This is the one that should be returned to the seller. It also states that a 20% exit fee may apply. I am not sure if I will be held responsible for this or not. But between shipping and 20% there is not much left of the return value.
