I was very happy to receive them and disappointed when they arrived. It took me a long time to figure out how to use them. But they make the bun so small and tight. I have thick hair and when I put it in a bun it's usually bouncy. This thing makes him look like a baby the size of my head. And there's always a strand of hair that refuses to go in no matter how I put it on my hair. It generally does what it's supposed to, but it's not always the quickest way to make a bun.
