Constantly fell apart and never fitted properly on the head. The adjustable plastic headband that fits inside the helmet is cheap, very uncomfortable, and does not adjust to the shape of the head once inserted. However, trying to put on a helmet without it is very painful as all the weight is on the nose. Sent back but only for a partial refund. It was a Christmas present so the recipient couldn't try it on until Christmas morning. So it took longer for him to come back to see if he would train. It's not like this.
