Review on Food Service Supplies: Brown Kraft Butcher Paper Roll for Disposables and Equipment by Eddie Gordon

I switched to butcher paper because I was fed up with the bark on my chest getting soaked. This reel is quite large so I don't think I'll be buying more any time soon. The paper is thick. When I first used this paper I double-rolled a beef brisket, and judging by the thickness, a double-roll fit well. Most of the juice that the breast exuded after wrapping stayed on the first layer of paper, but came out a little when resting, and that second roll saved the dirty fridge. In general, the product is reliable and worth the money.
