This skirt is not wearable at all and looks awful! I was expecting something higher quality as I could buy a skirt of this quality for $3 or have it made for less than $15 but better quality! I want a full refund because I need to sew for my daughter and she was so excited to get this skirt. I saw how ruined it looked and started crying!
