It's never too early to start building and designing.
This was purchased on a friend's recommendation and then I went online and saw how popular these sets are. I chose this one because it has a cute little see-through backpack that I hope will keep things organized when not in game. The pieces snap together easily without requiring a lot of force, meaning it won't irritate young children. I don't know many other building toys and Lego can be difficult for small children. This set develops dexterity and color recognition. This sparks that spark of creativity that is so important at a young age. Now I know why these sets are so popular.
