I like that you can have multiple chats with people at different times from one window in order to keep everyone up-to date as needed without having several open windows all day long. Also it's easy for users who are away from their computers or don't know how to use some of these features if they need help setting them up. It is very helpful when trying to communicate between teams but sometimes there isn't enough space so more than two messages get cut off which makes me feel bad because my co workers might not see everything i'm writing even though we're talking about something important. This could be solved by adding another row instead of cutting things off after 2 lines since most programs will show only what fits into the screen unless told otherwise. You should try this out!
