This is my first mobile wall mount; I have a really difficult assembly problem; over the fireplace in the corner is really the only place he could go. I was worried that one attachment point wouldn't be enough, but I can say this thing is STRONG. My TV weighs about 55 pounds and can be moved from side to side with one finger. Tilt it up or down almost as easily. I would have liked the height adjustment, but the price is MUCH higher just for the added assembly complexity (more pivot points and tension springs) so I'm VERY happy with it. Montage is almost zero. BTW, I think it took me five minutes to fully assemble it. Of course you should get a good spike finder; Mine is pretty crappy so I had to drill it twice but once I had the center of the bolt the included screw template made it easy. If you don't have one, it's a good idea to get a cheap T-Square; This will make it much easier to check the level of your mount. Result? Do you need a corner mount or do you want to be able to swivel your TV? It's hard to beat when it comes to ease of installation, ease of use, price, and build quality.
