Velcro should be stronger.
My daughter has been wearing them for a few weeks and unfortunately the velcro has already worn out and the shoes no longer hold on to her feet.
They are cute but don't work :/.

- I love these shoes! Great for kids who struggle with shoes!
Cons
- I think they looked classy at first, but after a few months they start to fall off.
