I bought a cable in May and it hasn't worked since July. Emailed customer service and they sent me a new one. I've had it maybe 3 weeks and it's already broken. The quality has changed in my opinion because the first one I bought lasted about 5 years before it stopped working and then they had a lifetime guarantee so after 5 years they replaced it for me but recently they changed it to 1 year warranty. So that should tell you something. I haven't tested it yet but I doubt they will replace the cable they sent me to replace another cable.
