It's very user friendly! I love that you can set up custom filters depending upon which account they are coming in through like Gmail or Hotmail etc., so there is no confusion about what gets filtered out versus what does not when sending multiple emails at once!! I also like that I can access my emails through my computer or phone. I don't like that I have to pay for this program. I wish I could use it for free. I also wish that I could access my emails through my phone. I am trying to get rid of spam email that I receive from people who are not friends or family. I can read my emails and delete spam emails without having to open them.
