I love this monitor stand. It's pretty basic, but it's what I was looking for. I use it with 24# monitor. Most of the adjustments are fairly easy - tilt and pan are easy. Adjusting the height is a little trickier - it requires loosening and tightening a screw with an Allen key (included - the stand also has an Allen key holder so it's always handy. I work in an open plan office with no dedicated space - so you'll do it gotta pack all my stuff tonight and put it in a small locker the monitor and stand fit perfectly in my locker and the stand is easy to transport with the monitor attached (simple thumb screw) if needed excellent monitor stand for the price. I had an issue with the first stand I got - there was a burr in one of the screw holes and the screw would not tighten. They helped me a lot and immediately sent me a spare part, two days later I received it and went to assemble the monitor stand - but another problem. slightly different from my original part (I know companies sometimes update their products - and I think that's what happened in this case) - the screw holes on the new part were a different size so it didn't match other parts I had . I really didn't want to go back and forth to get the right part so I made a refund/replacement through Revain. The interchangeable stand was perfect and easy to assemble.
