Review on HP PageWide Enterprise Color 556Dn by Jaya Walsh

I've spent hours putting this together. My office IT specialist too. After jumping through all sorts of hoops to FIND HP customer support, I spent a few more hours trying to get the HP man on the line. Apparently the JetDirect adapter is NOT a wireless printer, it requires an $80 adapter - obsolete. HP sent a newer version, but without a power adapter. Definitely a non-standard plug. Sometimes prints via ethernet cable, not always. I'm getting error messages and claiming that a solid page will finish in 7 seconds is nonsense. More like 7 minutes. Really shocked by HP which I thought was a good company. Buy another brand.
