The description of this protector specifically states "Helps improve image color balance, ideal for photo studios with LED flash." Orange, not amber. They are NOT what you need if true color grading is your goal. As you can see compared to blush gels these are correct. Spend a few bucks more and buy blush gels unless you like Ooompa Loompa people in your photos. I've included two examples of blush gels that are the correct CTO color and neewer gels that are too orange. I buy a lot of Neewer products for other purposes so it was really a shame the colors weren't as vibrant. If you want to change the lighting and pick up fun colors, these are fine, but they shouldn't be advertised as good color correction tools.
