That's good, it worked for what I needed!

It works, I needed something that wouldn't use all of my fast charging USB wall plugs, but would only charge 2 AirPods, an Apple Watch and my spare iPhone from just one USB port. Now takes up less space in the outlet. I know it spins and spins, but I won't play with it. Now I can use other outlets to quickly charge my iPad Pro and iPhone. I'm not sure what the specs are for this USB if it is passing the amperage (A) to ALL 3 ports. Or there are special chips inside that limit the power and current of ALL 3 ports. Usually, more (mA/A) or (W) will charge the phone faster. 2.4A is usually the fastest.
