Halo does not have to be a stop light

As some have said they do not have side lights but the side reflector is translucent allowing running lights through so it glows at night. My only issue is that the brake light is a halo that should be a running light and the brake light should be an interior light. I've been told several times that my brake lights don't work because the glowing halo during the day looks like it's just part of a light and not a light. I'm going to rearrange them so that the brake light is in the center and the chase lights are halos.
