Actually tights, not thin like hosiery.
Fits my slim little daughter well. They didn't jam around the ankles, beautiful color and perfect thickness. They're actually like pantyhose, not stockings. She will outgrow them before she has a chance to exhaust them. It washes well, doesn't lose elasticity, I prefer to carry it in a linen bag and hang it on a hanger.
