Works perfectly. Read the guide to success

I suspect the negative reviews didn't follow the guide. Plug in, press and hold pairing button, prepare headphones for pairing. When the blue light is on, it means the device is paired. Both parts of the device are necessary for operation. That works great! My son paired this with his Bluetooth headphones and PS4 with minimal fuss.
