UPDATE: After my initial review below, customer support contacted me again for a different replacement. They promised an engineer-tested, refined, bug-free product, and they delivered! No scratches or scuffs, perfect metalwork, perfect assistant sound quality, working cables, clean leather. I have never complained about a product's performance, features or appearance. They are all very good to the point that I have switched 4 in a month but never questioned whether I finally wanted this product despite the effort. My confidence in their customer service and quality control has been restored and I can safely say they take customer satisfaction and concerns seriously should you encounter an issue. Very satisfied and now I have 0 complaints! Rating increased from 3 to 5 stars. ---- There are already many better and more detailed headphone spec reviews, to make this part easier, the noise canceling is thorough but not perfect. The sound quality is above average and very enjoyable. Assembly is stylish and comfortable. The price is high and should be lower, but hard to justify. The bad sides are quality control and customer service. I had to return and exchange 2 pairs to get one without the bad cracked finish on the metal bars or black scuff marks on the tote bag. The charging cable often does not work. The power buttons on some of them are not aligned. Media keys sometimes don't work. I think I finally have a pair I can live with, but you don't get the perfect product. They cannot compete with the strict quality control of larger companies. Make sure you buy from Revain so you can get a refund; It's much better than talking to the company directly. I tried asking for a replacement tote bag to save from another replacement after my first replacement (both first two bags were damaged) but ended up getting a replacement bag that had no leather zip and was only cheap small metal. They stopped helping me after I raised this issue so I had to send it back again. In a way, it's fair to say that this product is worth all the effort, but only because Revain makes it easy for me.
