The team was great from day one! They have been very responsive with all of our questions, requests for changes/additions as well as providing updates every step along their development process.
I wish they would allow us more control over how we set up some things but that's minor nitpick in my opinion - overall it has just worked out really nicely so far!! There is nothing specific about this software or service which makes me dislike anything (other than perhaps not being able to make adjustments myself). If you are looking into using an event management tool, definitely consider hoppy because there will be no better experience if your guests aren't happy with what happens during registration / check-in etc.. It can take quite awhile before everything works perfectly though! We've had much quicker turnarounds when problems arise once people start registering through Hopper vs other tools where sometimes issues took.
