They are visible and work great!

I have a pizza place and I use them to secure my cones to baking sheets with balls of dough that need to rise. These paper binders work great. Much better than the plastic bottles I accidentally ordered. Their red color makes them easy to spot if they accidentally end up in a food product like our cheese.
