5 stars for excellent customer service, good sound quality and stability in my ear while running. I ordered the Bluephonic Wireless Headphones (Wireless Sports Bluetooth Headphones - Hd Beats Sound Quality - Sweat Resistant Stable Fit In-Ear Training Headphones - Ergonomic Running Headphones - Noise Isolation). Headphones work great. Have good sound quality. The microphone works well for cell phone calls (the person on the other end said they could hear me fine). This is my first time using ear clip headphones. I found their design comfortable at the gym or while running. I've walked with the earbuds for up to 50 minutes and haven't had any issues with them slipping out of my ear. My original purchase was in July 2016. Headphones stopped working after 3 months. I contacted support and got a quick response. They agreed to send me a new pair of headphones free of charge. I really liked that they had a quick response and getting a replacement set was no problem. As mentioned above, I found their customer service to be excellent. Shortly after my headphones arrived (both times) I received an email from support to make sure I was happy with my headphones. It was nice and they were easy to contact. Overall the seller had a positive experience and I appreciate that they stand by their product.
