I bought this to replace my loofah. It's a bit rough so I'd suggest being very gentle if you have sensitive skin like me. It foams up my shower gel very well and penetrates the hard spots on my back that I couldn't reach before. I even use it once a week (VERY GENTLE) on my face to get rid of all the dead skin and makeup that has built up on my skin. I always feel so clean after using it. Love it but just know that when there is a lot of pressure it can be difficult. BE GENTLE on your skin.
