Review on Buffalo Check Balloon Collection Havercamp by Jessica Lewis

Bought for my son's first birthday, the red bison throw was my main theme so I was happy to find a tablecloth in it and one long enough for my large kitchen table. When it arrived I noticed that it was a lot more orange-red than the real red. Not the end of the world, just something to mention. The most interesting thing for me and the reason for my 3 stars is that it had a terrible smell when I took it out of the box no more than an hour before the party started. I don't have a very sensitive nose so it doesn't bother me much, but it was inevitable. And the uncle who went had a nose like a bloodhound, and I knew it would spoil his appetite if he had to sit and smell it while he tried to eat. So I decided to just put it on the counter. I will say that by the beginning of the party, the smell became much less noticeable to me. So I guess if I had taken it out of the box a day or two earlier and let it air out it would probably be fine. Something I wish I knew sooner, so may my mistake be your reward. It's a lot more papery than plastic so we were only able to use it once as it spilled on the counter and such - we couldn't wipe it off. But I don't mind.
