Good size for a 13 year old girl. First, I bought ordinary adult unisex blue light glasses - they turned out to be too big for a teenager. I took this one - a large size and it's just right. It's a nice blue too. The only thing is that it's much more expensive than regular adult glasses, even without a case. It comes with a cloth case. Otherwise, the daughter says that with the new glasses, the headaches she experienced during virtual school are now gone.
