My friend has struggled with armpit BO since childhood. At 27, she finally found a deodorant that did a decent job of controlling sweat and odor. She showers almost every day and has a whole cleaning/washing routine for her armpits. These wipes are great after a workout when she doesn't have time to shower. Her armpits are wet and clammy with sweat, so she uses half a tissue per armpit on those occasions. She rubs it for about 10 seconds at a time and will be very impatient for air drying. Air drying takes a few minutes, but to speed up the process, she uses a tissue and dabs her armpits a little to dry them quickly. She does not reapply her usual deodorant after using these wipes. That lasts her for several hours until she is about to shower. She likes that it makes her feel (temporarily) clean. They do a great job of getting rid of old sweat/odor and keep the scent clean for hours afterwards. No deodorant is required afterwards, but I'm sure it won't hurt if it calms you down. These are small packages that are quite broad (see video). The size of the cloth is large enough that an armpit can be cleaned with half the cloth.
