The ability for us as project managers/supervisors who are involved with many design disciplines in our firm can easily access all aspects that we need concerning each individual discipline without having multiple databases or computers open at once! This is particularly helpful when trying not only keep track but also communicate efficiently across several different projects within one organization (and even outside organizations) simultaneously!! I do like how easy it makes scheduling meetings so much easier than using other systems such has Microsoft Project - plus you don't have any issues saving your changes since everything remains linked together seamlessly throughout every session. It would be nice if there were some more intuitive tutorials available online; however this program really does work very well overall despite what may seem "simple" questions from someone new coming into an already established system- they will most likely figure out quickly enough after searching around awhile themselves :) Great organizational tool especially considering its versatility regarding.
