Rimmel is my absolute favorite brow pencil! I've been using this for years! Once I bought one from another store and it wasn't good. Every time I sharpened it the makeup pencil that was in it fell out and I had to sharpen it until it was gone so I went to their website and they gave me a coupon for a free eyebrow pencil without question to get that to replace bad ones. I think this is a wonderful company that cares about the customer and their reputation. I've always bought them from a different seller but I'm so glad I found this pack because it's so much better than what I paid for before! They arrived on time and in perfect condition so I will definitely be ordering them again!
