I like that it offers multiple payment options, so if you're not able to pay for something at once or need to cancel your subscription mid-term then they can release your account with no fuss. The process of renewing my membership takes longer than expected due to them having to verify the details of the previous member before releasing their account. It's annoying as when I've updated our website, I don't want anyone else using my site being affected by these changes!
