It booms when not glued especially when the bass kicks this speaker up forces the table to move and if you're not careful it will fall off your desk (unless glued/held). tighten, rip off, the valve comes back and reuses (for how long I don't know, just try to keep it clean (no dust/dirt/sand). I like the look to pass it on (hence the item's name) as well loud as my Jam Plus speakers but just as functional, maybe even better because they're low profile and VERY portable Bass is subtle but not overwhelming (it's small, it fits in the palm of your hand) fifteen -20 bucks, it's a nice little speaker with form and function (waterproof and e for sticking or hanging) and the battery life is decent too, I haven't tested the exact watch I get from it but it's more than a few hours for sure everything's in for sure tucks away in the jam hanger's rubber case and connects with an audio cable instead of Bluetooth.A great gift for those who love portable music that doesn't impress in size and sounds great.I would do it again I would buy this if I wanted it to pair with my Jam Plus speakers, but that shouldn't stop you from picking one in the crowded Bluetooth speaker market.
