I like that Tavant has a lot of different modules available for you to use. You can set up everything from your customer portal to your service center to your repair department. It's very customizable and easy to get started with. There are some glitches when it comes to exporting reports. We have been able to do this at least once per month but sometimes it is not as smooth as we would like. If you're looking for a flexible platform that will give you all the tools you need to manage your warranty program then I recommend checking out Tavant. We've been able to create several different types of reports and keep track of everything in one place.
