First, it doesn't hurt. Full Disclosure: It was an uncomfortable, unwanted feeling, but NOT painful. Second, I've used this for dark spots and old acne scars/uneven skin tone rather than wrinkles as I'm in my 30's and still developing. I've been using this for about 2 weeks and I'm noticing a difference. Not all, but some. Photos included - you can decide. I feel like it definitely clears up my blemishes and acne scars. The photo may not convey that fact, but I can say without a doubt that I noticed. I feel like I'll get better results with time. Regarding wrinkles, I noticed a tightening of some fine lines. I didn't have many wrinkles to begin with, just horrible skin tone! But I definitely see it as a temporary anti-aging measure. I'm not sure how well this will work on someone with severe or multiple wrinkles, but I would definitely recommend using it on acne blemishes/scars etc.
