I had to buy a new cover because I hate the fabric of the other cover I had. It gets dirty and you can't clean it. This case is made of really durable material with no fabric, so it's easy to clean. It stays closed even without tape or anything else to latch it. I also like that even though you have two slots to install it when you put it on the rubber pad it stays put. I like it. My iPad is always with me and this case is exactly what I wanted.
