Lipstick arrived OPEN. I've included photos to show exactly what it looked like when unpacked. Here's how I got it. I refuse and will not use any product opened on my LIPS. It asks for an infection. I received a used product? EW. I can't believe anyone had the courage to send me this. I feel cheated. I am returning this for a refund.
