This is a great replacement provided you can change the wires yourself. This is the second batch I have purchased and will be purchasing more to complete my coverage. If you have covers on your lights this is ideal, but if not you may need clips to hold them in the center so you don't see them sag. They're all plastic, so if one falls out there's no broken glass. So it's not a big problem. They sent me some videos when I asked about the sagging bulbs on my last batch. I'll probably have to ask about the last 20 bulbs I bought. I have a strange zip configuration that was giving me some trouble, but I got over it. Changing ballast regularly is a lot easier as I've had some of these duties as well.
