I like that we can have multiple people in different locations working together with our database without having all users access each other's information at once! It also allows us more flexibility when creating projects as well because there are no limitations regarding how many members you want per project or what kind of tasks they need completed (i.e., writing an article vs editing pictures).

Sometimes things go wrong but usually everything works out fine if everyone communicates properly about who has done which task/project so far. We're solving problems related to security by using this software; however, sometimes certain functions aren't available due to lack of resources within my department.
